Taking the Testora IQ test and viewing your headline score is always free, so refunds apply only to the paid extended report — the one-time $19 purchase that unlocks the five-domain breakdown, AI-written interpretation and downloadable PDF.
The 14-day full refund guarantee
If the paid report is not useful to you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we refund it in full. No explanation is required and there are no partial refunds or processing deductions.
After a refund is issued, access to the extended report is removed, but your free headline score remains available to you.
How do you request a refund?
Submit a request through the support form on this site and choose “Refund Request” as the category, or email or call us directly. You will receive a case reference (for example TIQ-2609-48213) that tracks your refund from request to completion.

When does the money arrive?
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Most banks show the credit within 5–10 business days; if it has not appeared after 10 business days, contact us with your case reference and we will trace it.
What is not covered?
Refunds are not available after the 14-day window, or where there is evidence the report content was copied, republished or used commercially in breach of our terms of service.
